IIT Delhi
Leading engineering institute
An online course platform that runs itself, plus hands-on AI training.
In one minute
One of India's leading engineering institutes.
Running courses meant signing learners up, tracking progress and sending updates by hand.
We built their online course platform and ran several hands-on AI and automation workshops.
Course admin runs on its own, and staff and students now use AI in their own work.
The problem, in plain words
Running courses meant a lot of admin: signing learners up, tracking how each one was doing, and sending updates, all by hand. And while staff and students heard a lot about AI, few had built anything with it.
Before and after
Before: the long way
- Sign up learners by hand
- Track progress in sheets
- Send updates one by one
- Manage every course manually
Admin grows with every new learner.
After: with MCode
- Learners sign up themselves
- Progress is tracked automatically
- Updates go out automatically
More learners, no extra admin.
What we set up, piece by piece
Each part, what it does now, and the manual work it replaced.
Online course platform
One place where learners sign up and take their courses.
ReplacedSigning learners up by hand.
Progress tracking
Tracks each learner's progress automatically.
ReplacedKeeping progress in spreadsheets.
Updates and reminders
Sends course updates and reminders on its own.
ReplacedSending updates one by one.
AI workshops
Hands-on sessions where participants built a working AI assistant.
ReplacedAI as something people only read about.
The numbers, explained
Here is what 5,000 hours a year looks like, broken down.
We add up the time the team used to spend on these tasks each year. Based on a 40-hour week, 52 weeks and 260 working days a year.
How we worked
- 01Mapped the work
Sat with the team and listed every step of the jobs they repeat.
- 02Picked what to fix first
Chose the steps that cost the most time and were safe to hand over.
- 03Set it up in their tools
Built it inside the tools the team already uses. Nothing new to learn.
- 04Handed it over
Showed the team how it works, then let it run every day.
Questions you might have
Did the team have to learn new software?
Very little. Wherever we can, we build inside the tools a team already uses, so there is almost nothing new to learn.
How do you count the hours saved?
We add up the time the team used to spend on these tasks each year, before they ran on their own. The value is what that time is worth to the business.
Could this work for my company?
If your team repeats the same steps every week, very likely. The free audit shows you exactly where, and what it is worth.
